Chicken Tagine
A traditional North African dish made with chicken, spices, and dried fruits, slow-cooked in a clay pot.

Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs chicken thighs
- β2 tbsp delicate olive oil
- β1/4 cup mediterranean olives
- β1 tsp cinnamon
- β1 tsp ginger
- β2 tbsp honey
- β1/2 cup prunes
- β1/4 cup almonds
- β2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

Heat oil in the bottom of a clay pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the olives, cinnamon, ginger, and honey.

Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the prunes and almonds.

Pour in the chicken broth.
