Korean Delicate Vegetable Bowl
A simple and flavorful vegetarian Korean-inspired bowl filled with a variety of colorful vegetables and a crispy fried egg.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, zucchini)sliced
- β2 tablespoons GoChuJang sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- β1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- β2 Scrambled eggs
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
