Italian-Style Shrimp Skewers
A delicious and easy-to-make Italian-inspired dish featuring shrimp, delicate onions, and a Kenyan touch. Perfect for a quick dinner or lunch.
Ingredients

- β1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined shrimp
- β2 tablespoons Kenyan chili flakes kenyan
- β10-12 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes skewers

- β2 lemons, juiced lemon

2. Thread 3-4 shrimp, an onion slice, and a sprinkle of Kenyan chili flakes onto each skewer.

4. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
