Beef and Delicate Irish Fritter Stir Fry
A traditional Chinese-inspired stir fry recipe featuring tender beef and delicate Irish fritters. Serve immediately over steamed rice.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Irish frittersstore-bought or homemade
- β1 pound Beef (sirloin or ribeye)thinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Scallionschopped, for garnish
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the Irish fritters to the wok and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.

Return the beef to the wok and stir in the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the beef is coated in the sauce.
