Delicate German Bao Dessert
A unique Indian-inspired dessert combining delicate flavors of German almond cake and soft bao.
Ingredients

- β4-6 Baosoft and fresh
- β1 cup Almond milkunsweetened
- β2 tbsp Honeypure
- β1 tsp Gheeclarified butter
- β1/4 tsp Cardamom powderground
- βpinch Saltedible
- β1 cup Fresh berriesoptional

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Slice the German almond cake into 1-inch thick slices.

Wrap each slice in a piece of bao, creating a small pouch.

In a small saucepan, warm the almond milk over low heat.

Add honey, ghee, and cardamom powder to the almond milk. Whisk until dissolved.

Dip each bao-wrapped cake slice into the warm almond milk mixture, coating lightly.

Place the coated cake slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the bao is lightly toasted.
