Garlicky Jasmine Fried Rice
A flavorful and aromatic fried rice dish infused with the essence of jasmine and the pungency of garlic.
Ingredients
- ●2 cups Jasmine Ricepreferably day-old rice
- ●3 cloves, minced Garlic
- ●to taste Delicate Herb (optional)
- ●2 cups Fried Rice
- ●2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the delicate herb (if using) and stir-fry for another minute.

Add the fried rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps.

Add the jasmine rice and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the rice is well combined with the garlic and herb.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Transfer the fried rice to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions (if using).
