Grilled Octopus with Croatian Aioli
A Mediterranean-inspired dish featuring tender grilled octopus paired with a creamy Croatian aioli.

- β1 pound, cleaned and tentacles separated Octopus
- β1 medium, juiced Lemon
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1/4 cup Croatian olive oil
- β2 tablespoons, chopped Capers
- β1/4 cup Chopped parsley

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.

3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the octopus tentacles.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Grill the octopus for 2-3 minutes per side, or until slightly charred.

6. In a separate bowl, mix together Croatian aioli ingredients (see below).
