Italian Cod Casserole
A simple yet flavorful Italian-inspired cod casserole, perfect for a weeknight dinner. The delicate cod pairs well with the rich flavors of tomato sauce and melted mozzarella.

- β1 cup tomato saucehomemade or store-bought
- β8 ounces mozzarella cheeseshredded
- β1/2 cup parmesan cheesegrated
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor greasing the casserole dish

- β1/4 cup basilfresh, chopped
