Mexican Sirloin Fajitas
Sizzling sirloin strips and sautéed vegetables, served with warm flour tortillas. This Mexican-inspired dish is perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Sirloin steak1.5 inches thick
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oilfor cooking
- ●1 cup Pastaany type, for serving
- ●1 Bell pepperany color
- ●1 Onionany color
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 packet Fajita seasoningor homemade blend
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sirloin steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

Transfer the steak to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the bell pepper and onion and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until tender.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
