Pistachio and Puff Pastry Delight

- β1 tablespoon Confectioners' sugar?
- β1 Egg, beaten?
- β2 tablespoons Melted unsalted butter?

Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Transfer the pastry to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

In a medium bowl, mix together the pistachio paste and granulated sugar.
