Buddha's Beef Delight
A Chinese-inspired beef stir-fry with delicate flavors and textures. This dish is perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (sirloin)Slice into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Delicate Vegetable Oil
- β2 inches Jumps of fresh gingerpeeled and grated
- β1 cup Over-wintered vegetables (bell peppers, carrots)
- β2 tablespoons Buddha's favorite soy sauce
- βto taste Salt and pepperoptional
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Add the ginger to the wok and cook for 1 minute.

Add the vegetables to the wok and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Return the beef to the wok and stir in the soy sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the beef is coated in the sauce.
