Delicate Stew

Ingredients

- β1 medium Onion
- β2 medium Carrot
- β2 stalks Celery
- β2 tablespoons Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- β2 cups Beef Broth
- β1/4 cup Prune
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and brown the beef on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the browned beef from the pot and set aside.
