Grilled Portuguese Semolina Cake

- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β4 large eggs
- β1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 cup decadent dark chocolate chipsat least 70% cocoa
- β1 cup unsalted milk

In a large bowl, whisk together semolina flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
