Polish Crepes with Decadent Fillings
A traditional Polish breakfast dish, filled with decadent sweet treats. These crepes are made with love and care to create a delicious and filling breakfast.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups All-purpose flourAll-purpose flour for the crepes
- β3 EggsFresh eggs for the crepe batter
- β1 1/2 cups MilkWhole milk for the crepe batter
- β2 tablespoons Butter, meltedMelted butter for the crepe batter
- β1 tablespoon SugarGranulated sugar for the crepe batter
- β1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extractImitation vanilla extract for the crepe batter
- β2 tablespoons Decadent chocolate spreadDecadent chocolate spread for filling
- β1 tablespoon Raspberry jamRaspberry jam for filling
- β1 tablespoon Powdered sugarPowdered sugar for dusting

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with butter.

Once the pan is hot, pour in about 1/4 cup of the batter and tilt the pan to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to curl and the surface is dry.

Loosen the crepe with a spatula and flip it over and cook for another minute.

Repeat with the remaining batter, until all the crepes are made.

To assemble, spread a tablespoon of chocolate spread on one half of the crepe, followed by a tablespoon of raspberry jam.

Fold the other half of the crepe over the filling and dust with powdered sugar.
