Decadent Quesadilla
A rich and indulgent twist on the classic Mexican dish, loaded with creamy cheese and crunchy nuts.
Ingredients
- β4 Tortillas
- β8 oz Mozzarella Cheeseshredded
- β8 oz Cheddar Cheeseshredded
- β1/2 cup Pecanschopped
- β1 tsp Cinnamon
- β1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- β2 tbsp Honey
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of it.

Add a sprinkle of chopped nuts and a pinch of cinnamon.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is crispy.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.

Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve immediately.
