Decadent Irish Baked Bowl
A rich and creamy Irish-inspired dessert in a crispy baked bowl.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, crumbled Epoisses cheese
- β1/2 cup Heavy cream
- β2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- β2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1 teaspoon Baking powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β4 tablespoons, melted Unsalted butter
- β1 Bowl (sturdy, ceramic)

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

Add sugar, whiskey, and melted butter to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.

Roll out dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm).

Cut out a circle of dough slightly larger than the bowl.

Place dough circle over the bowl, pressing edges to seal.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

While the crust is baking, mix crumbled Epoisses and heavy cream in a small bowl.
