German Lasagna with a Twist
A classic German-inspired twist on the Italian lasagna, featuring decadent layers of pasta, meat, and cheese.
Ingredients
- β8-10 sheets Lasagna pasta
- β1 cup Greek yogurt
- β1 pound Ground beef85% lean
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 cup Decadent cheese blendmix of cheddar and parmesan
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook lasagna pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in Greek yogurt and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine cooked lasagna pasta, meat mixture, and decadent cheese blend. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with additional decadent cheese blend.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
