Egyptian Gobo and Burdock Flatbread

- β250g gobopeeled and sliced
- β200g burdockpeeled and sliced
- β1 tsp egyptian spice blend
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the sliced gobo and burdock with olive oil, salt, and egyptian spice blend. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

While the gobo and burdock are roasting, toast the flatbread in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the flatbread by spreading the roasted gobo and burdock on top.
