Smoked Salmon Hash with Crispy Shallots
A decadent and flavorful breakfast dish featuring smoked salmon, crispy shallots, and a crispy hash.
Ingredients
- β6 ounces Smoked Salmon FilletsWild-caught and smoked to perfection
- β2 cups Hash BrownsGrated and drained
- β1/2 cup ShallotsThinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons ButterSalted
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a large pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

3. Add the sliced shallots and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

4. Remove the shallots from the pan and set aside.

5. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.

6. Add the hash browns and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

7. Remove the hash browns from the pan and set aside with the shallots.

8. Add the smoked salmon fillets to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.

9. Serve the smoked salmon on top of the hash browns, topped with crispy shallots and a squeeze of lemon juice.
