Decadent Canadian Cauliflower Dumplings
A rich and comforting Canadian-inspired dish that combines the earthiness of cauliflower with the decadence of dumplings.

- β1/2 cup melted vegan butter
- β1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- β1 cup plant-based milk

2. Rinse the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem. Cut it into florets.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, nutritional yeast, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley.

4. Gradually add the melted vegan butter and plant-based milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
