Classic Paella
A traditional Spanish dish originating from the Valencia region, often served at family gatherings. This recipe showcases the iconic combination of saffron-infused rice and succulent seafood.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Decadent Saffron Rice Blend
- β1 tsp Decadent Smoked Paprika
- β2 tbsp Decadent Olive Oil
- β1/2 cup Basque Chorizo
- β1 cup Large Shrimp
- β1 cup Mussels
- β1 cup Clams

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chorizo and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the mussels, clams, and shrimp. Cook until the seafood is lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the saffron-infused rice blend and stir to combine with the seafood and chorizo.

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
