Uruguayan Wrap
A fusion of Uruguayan flavors wrapped in a crispy tortilla. This dish combines the rich taste of grilled os with the tanginess of cultured sauce.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Cultured Sauce
- β1 large Night-Shade Free Wrap
- β1/4 cup shredded Uruguayan Cheese
- β1/4 cup Teque Salsa

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season os with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Grill os for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spread cultured sauce evenly over the wrap.
