Roasted Lamb with Asian Glaze
A Chinese-inspired roasted lamb dish with a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- ●1 tbsp Roasted honey
- ●1 tsp Brown sugar
- ●2 inches Ginger
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●1 tsp Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Season the lamb leg with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic.

Rub the glaze all over the lamb leg, making sure to coat it evenly.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb leg until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the lamb for 20 minutes.
