Argentinian Beef Yakitori
A Japanese twist on traditional grilled beef skewers, using Argentinian beef and a sweet soy sauce glaze.
Ingredients
- β500g Argentinian beef
- β2 tablespoons Dark soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Roasted sesame oil
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β4 Grilled scallions
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Cut Argentinian beef into 1-inch pieces and thread onto skewers.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.

4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the beef skewers.

5. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

6. While the beef is cooking, toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat.

7. Once the beef is cooked, brush with additional soy sauce mixture and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
