Galician Wrap
A simple and flavorful wrap filled with Galician sausage, delicate ingredients, and a hint of daring spices.
Ingredients
- β1 block (8 oz) Tofudrained and crumbled
- β1 cup Delicategreens or mixed greens
- β1/2 lb Galiciansliced sausage
- β1 tsp Daringdried oregano
- β1 large Wraptortilla or flatbread
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing
- β1 tsp Vinegaroptional

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Brush the wrap with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly charred.

In a pan, cook the Galician sausage over medium heat until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the crumbled tofu and cook until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the delicate greens and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Sprinkle with dried oregano and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to the grilled wrap and drizzle with vinegar, if using.
