Crispy Pork Stir Fry

- β1 pound Pork bellythinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 inches Gingersliced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 bunch Bok choychopped
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Cured chili peppers

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high.

Add sliced ginger and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add pork belly and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Push pork to one side of the wok. Add more oil if necessary.

Add chopped bok choy to the empty side of the wok. Cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
