Pan-Seared Syrian Chicken with Crunchy Tagine Sauce

- β2 cups crunchy tagine
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β2 teaspoons syrian spice blend
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β4 pieces casabe flatbreadoptional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.
