Mexican Corn Salad

Ingredients
- β2 cups, kernels removed Fresh Cornfrom 1 ear of corn
- β1 cup Crunchy Tortilla Stripsstore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Diced Red Bell Pepperany color bell pepper works
- β1/4 cup Diced Fresh Cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons Diced Limejuice and zest
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
