Crispy Italian Chicken Cutlet
A classic Italian dish made with crispy chicken cutlets and a crunchy topping.

- β1 large challot
- β1 cup crunchy
- β1 tsp italian seasonings
- β1 cup flour
- β2 eggs
- β1 cup crumble

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, italian seasonings, and a pinch of salt.

3. In a separate dish, beat the eggs.

4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

5. Coat the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

6. Dip the floured chicken breasts in the beaten eggs, making sure they're fully coated.

7. Roll the egg-coated chicken breasts in the crunchy topping to coat.

8. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

9. Add the coated chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

10. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
