Crunchy Indian Fritter Breakfast
A crunchy twist on traditional Indian fritters, served as a breakfast dish with a side of egg whites.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Indian fritter mix
- β2 Egg whitesBeaten
- β1/4 cup Crunchy element (e.g. chopped nuts or seeds)
- β1/2 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- βto taste Salt
- β Optional: cilantro or mint for garnishChopped
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the Indian fritter mix, egg whites, crunchy element, and salt.

Heat about 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, use a spoon to drop small amounts of the mixture into the oil.

Fry the fritters until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve the fritters hot with a side of egg whites.
