Pan-Seared Padron Peppers with Crunchy German Crust
A French-inspired dish featuring pan-seared Padron peppers topped with a crunchy German-style crust.
Ingredients
- β4-6 peppers padron peppers
- β1 cup bakegluten-free breadcrumbs
- β1/4 cup germanpanko breadcrumbs
- β2 peppers
- β1/4 cup crunchychopped fresh parsley
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the Padron peppers and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a shallow dish, mix together the gluten-free breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, and chopped parsley.

Dip each pepper into the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the coated peppers for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
