Spring Rolls with Crunchy Fermented Filling

Ingredients
- β1 cup Fermented VegetablesChopped
- β1 package Rice Paper Sheets
- β1 package Spring Roll Wrappers
- β1/2 cup Spring OnionsChopped
- β1/4 cup Crunchy Peanuts
- β2 tbsp Syrup
- βto taste Salt
- β1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Prepare the filling by mixing the fermented vegetables, spring onions, and crunchy peanuts.

Soak the rice paper sheets in water for 30 seconds.

Place a sheet on a flat surface and arrange about 1/4 cup of the filling in the center.

Fold the bottom half of the sheet over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the sheet to form a tight cylinder.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
