Hash Brown Fries Casserole
A twist on traditional hash browns, this casserole combines crispy fries and crunchy hash for a satisfying side dish.
Ingredients

- β1 cup french fries
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β4 eggs
- β1 cup cheddar cheese
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine hash browns and french fries.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add diced onion and minced garlic to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown and french fry mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
