Crunchy Beef Empanadas with Chinese Twist

- β1 tbsp oyster sauce

1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.

2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.

3. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan.

4. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, preheat a deep frying pan or a deep fryer to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

6. When the oil is hot, add the empanadas and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

7. Remove the empanadas from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
