American-Style Fried Rice
A classic comfort food dish made with fried rice, scrambled eggs, and your favorite vegetables. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 eggsbeaten
- β1 medium courgettesdiced
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oilfor frying
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced courgettes and cook until they start to soften.

Push the courgettes to one side of the pan, crack in the eggs and scramble them until cooked through.
