Vegan Crumble Bars

- ●200g crumble (almond flour, coconut sugar, coconut oil)
- ●120g de (coconut cream)
- ●pinch cure (salt)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a food processor, blend the de (dates) until smooth.

Add the de (coconut cream) and blend until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix together the crumble ingredients.

Press half of the crumble mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Spread the date mixture over the top.

Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
