Uruguayan Liver Delight
A classic Uruguayan dish made with crispy onions and a hint of liver flavor.
Ingredients
- β500g Uruguayan liver
- β2 cups Crispy onions
- β Salt and pepperto taste
- β2 tablespoons Black pepper
- β1 large Egg
- β1 cup Bread crumbs
- β1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β1 cup All-purpose flour

1. In a large pan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the crispy onions and cook until golden brown.

2. In a separate pan, cook the Uruguayan liver over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.

3. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Dip each piece of liver into the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

5. Dredge the liver in the bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
