- β10 bamboo skewers skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes
- β2 tbsp Jamaican seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β1/2 cup crispy onionsstore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup umami saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp lemon juicefor serving
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantrofor garnish
