Bacon Stir Fry
A quick and easy Japanese-inspired stir fry with crispy bacon and tangy flavors. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)sliced
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry sauceavailable in most supermarkets
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauceoptional
- β1 teaspoon Crush gingerfreshly grated
- β1/4 cup Green onionssliced
