Jamaican Brussels Sprouts Fritters
A delicious and spicy twist on traditional fritters, featuring crispy Brussels sprouts and a hint of Jamaican flair.

- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1 medium Sweet plantain
- β1/4 cup Crispy fried onions
- β2 teaspoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- β2 large Eggs
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a food processor, combine the Brussels sprouts, sweet plantain, crispy fried onions, and Jamaican jerk seasoning. Process until coarsely chopped.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, breadcrumbs, eggs, and salt. Add the chopped Brussels sprouts mixture and stir until just combined.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the mixture into balls and flatten slightly into patties.
