Crispy Chicken Salad
A crunchy and refreshing salad made with crispy fried chicken, mixed greens, and a sweet and tangy dressing.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β4 slices casabecrushed
- β4 cups mixed greensfresh
- β1/4 cup sweethoney
- β2 tablespoons frenchvinaigrette

In a shallow dish, mix together crushed casabe and a pinch of salt.

Dip each chicken piece in the casabe mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the coated chicken to the skillet and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a paper towel-lined plate.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and a drizzle of honey.
