German Pan-Seared Trout with Crispy Pancakes
A classic German dish featuring pan-seared trout served with crispy pancakes and a tangy side.

- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 eggs
- β1/2 cup milk
- β1/4 cup sour cream
- β1 tsp sugar
- β1/4 cup butter, melted
- βto taste salt
- β1 cup crispy pancake mix

1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, sour cream, sugar, and melted butter.

4. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the pancake batter into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
