Slovakian Stir Fry
A hearty and flavorful Slovakian-inspired stir fry made with a variety of vegetables, perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 lb Slovakian sausagecut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 medium Onionsliced
- β1 medium Bell peppersliced
- β2 medium Carrotspeeled and sliced
- β1 cup Snow peassliced
- β2 tbsp Savory sauce
- β1 tsp Stir-fry seasoning
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the Slovakian sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced carrots and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the snow peas and cooked sausage back into the skillet.

In a small bowl, whisk together the savory sauce and stir-fry seasoning.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and sausage, and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
