Crispy Saudia-Style Crustaceans
A tasty and easy-to-make dish inspired by the flavors of Saudia Arabia, featuring crispy crustaceans in a savory stir-fry sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound crustaceans (shrimp)peeled and deveined
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons cornstarch
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 small onionfinely chopped
- β2 tablespoons stir-fry sauce
- βfor garnish crispy fried onions

1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

2. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
