Japanese-Style Grilled Chicken
A fusion of Japanese flavors with Peruvian-style grilled chicken. Marinated in soy sauce, sake, and mirin, this dish is perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β4 pounds Chicken Pollo a la Brasa (grilled chicken)
- β1/2 cup Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Sake
- β2 tablespoons Mirin
- β2 inches Ginger
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Green onions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a blender or food processor, combine soy sauce, sake, mirin, ginger, and garlic. Blend until smooth.

Place the chicken in a large zip-top plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and massage to coat.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
