Tomato Flatbread
A simple flatbread topped with fresh tomato and Mediterranean herbs.

- β1 medium, sliced Tomato
- β1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh oregano
- β1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh parsley
- β1 tablespoon Olive oilfor brushing flatbread
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Brush flatbread with olive oil and season with salt.

Place flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
