Crispy Chicken Casserole
A flavorful and satisfying casserole dish that combines the crunch of crispy chicken with the rich flavors of a traditional casserole.
Ingredients

- β1 cup crispy wonton strips
- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β2 teaspoons curry powder
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β1 tablespoon fish sauce
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
