Malaysian-Style Lentil Stir Fry
A flavorful and nutritious lentil stir fry inspired by Malaysian cuisine. This dish is quick to make and packed with protein and fiber.
Ingredients

- β1 medium Brown onionChopped
- β1/2 cup Crispy tofu
- β2 tablespoons Malaysian chili paste
- β1 tablespoon Coconut oil
- β2 tablespoons Fry sauce (optional)
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- βchopped (optional) Fresh cilantro

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
