Jamaican Ham Wrap
A simple and flavorful wrap filled with juicy ham, crispy vegetables, and a hint of Jamaican spices.
Ingredients
- β4 slices Ham
- β2 tsp Jamaican seasoning
- β1 cup, shredded Lettuce
- β1/2 cup, sliced Cucumber
- β1 cup Crispy onions (or onion rings)
- β4 large wraps Wrap
- β2 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional)
- β1 tsp Mustard (optional)
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add a small amount of oil and cook the ham slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.

Add the Jamaican seasoning and stir to combine.

Add the shredded lettuce and sliced cucumber to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
