Japanese Potato Bake
A delicious and easy-to-make Japanese-inspired potato bake. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.

- ●1/2 cup StarchJapanese-style potato starch
- ●2 tablespoons Herbal oil
- ●1/4 cup Crispy garliccrispy fried garlic for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Poke some holes in the potatoes with a fork to allow steam to escape.

Rub the potatoes with herbal oil and sprinkle with starch.

Place the potatoes directly on the middle rack of the oven.

Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

While the potatoes are baking, prepare the crispy garlic by frying it in a pan until crispy.
